Brokers derive 'relatives' and 'possible associates' from address history overlap and surname matching. The inference is often wrong, and it is published with no more caveat than anything else on the page.
Why it matters to you
Relative linking is how an address survives a removal. Your listing goes down; your sibling's listing still shows the household. It is also how closed adoptions and estranged family connections get exposed.
What to do
Remove household members together. A single-person removal in a shared household rarely holds.
