If you're the cheapest, what's the catch?
Fair question, and in this category a suspicious one. Here is the honest answer.
The work is automatable and mostly isn't automated
Filing, confirming and re-checking a removal is a machine task. Competitors price in human handling that a well-built pipeline does not need. Roughly a fifth of brokers genuinely need a person — CAPTCHAs, notarisation, the stubborn tail — and we staff for that fifth rather than all of it.
Verification pays for itself
Re-checking every listing every 45 days sounds expensive. It is cheaper than a support team answering 'did it work?', and it is the reason our churn assumption is lower than the category's.

Why are you so much cheaper than DeleteMe?
Because most of what this work involves should be automated and largely is not. DeleteMe's own model leans on human handling and prices accordingly — and Consumer Reports measured its removal rate at 27%, the lowest of seven services tested. We built the filing, verification and re-verification as one engine, which is both cheaper to run and more effective. We pass that on rather than pocketing it.
Is EasyOptOuts not cheaper at $19.99 a year?
Yes, and we do not undercut it. EasyOptOuts is a well-regarded automated tool that submits opt-out forms — it does not verify removals with evidence, does not file statutory demands, does not escalate the brokers that refuse, and cannot show you proof. $19.99 buys you a submitted form. Our Essential plan buys you a receipt.
What happens if I cancel?
Billing stops at the end of the period and you keep your evidence archive for the retention window in our published policy — people sometimes need those receipts for a protective-order filing, so we do not delete them the moment you leave. You can cancel from your own dashboard in one click. We do not have a retention team and we will not make you phone anyone.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer something better: a free scan that shows you your actual listings, with screenshots, and complete instructions for removing them yourself. If you would rather not pay us at all, that is a legitimate outcome and the page is built for it.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Custom removals are unlimited on Complete and above rather than metered. There is no setup fee, no per-removal charge, and no upsell to reach the coverage we advertise. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
